OUR END-TO-END SERVICES
We check before delivery
Our team carries out rigorous quality checks at every stage of the delivery process. All products and packaging are checked before being carefully loaded onto our vans and again before being taken into your customers’ homes.
We arrange delivery to suit your customers’ lifestyle
We understand your customers have busy lives. We offer them an initial 2-4 hour slot which they can accept or request an alternative date. Once confirmed, crews will personally call the customer up to an hour before to confirm estimated delivery time, leaving them to get on with their day.
Delivered to a room of choice
At Ash Logistics we operate a ‘whatever it takes’ culture and every member of the team takes the extra time to delight the customer. They put on shoe covers at the customer’s front door before checking the access route through their home to understand exactly where the furniture should be placed.
Build and install
We delight your customers by fully unpacking and, when required, assembling their new furniture before placing it in exactly the right place, leaving them to relax and enjoy their new piece.
Left the way we found it
The final stage of our white glove service is to ensure your customer is completely happy before we leave. All packaging is removed and taken away to be recycled. Seamless.
